Bond Villain Lair Research

My Project is to create a villains lair resembling that of a james bond villain lair. My intention is to create a Character that had intentions to destroy the world through political agenda. Based in America I envision an ousted government official that had much influence while he held a official seat. He is very popular with eastern officials from countries of india, saudia arabia, and Iran. etc. His base of operations is off the coast of eastern america a base that has a secret missle launching site. Inside the lair you will find much government based technology and defense technology computer tables, a strategy center, large monitors on the walls, a hole in the ground in a side room that allows submarine submergance, dome-like walls, a corporate building with a helicopter landing, within the missle launch dome there are lights under neathe the circular opening, random similar circular lights throughout the domed lair, or light coming up out of ground, in other room the walls will be self illuminated. more to come.
